Just to give you a few highlights, though:

Christine graduated from Centenary College with an Associate Degree in Equine Science. She went on to extensive horse-judging education and competition, winning national contests at Pennsylvania State University and the Quarter Horse Congress, to name just two, and she was Master of Ceremonies and Youth Director for the Arabian Nationals Youth Judging Competition in New Mexico.

As an appraiser, she regularly attends continuing professional development courses, such as the University of Kentucky Equine Law Conference and the Principles of Valuation put on by the American Society of Equine Appraisers.

She's listed in Who's Who in in Arabian Horses, and has been a speaker at numerous conferences, including the American Horse Council National Convention and NARHA (North American Riding for the Handicapped Association) National Conference.

Christine's knowledge of the horse market and the sensitive nature of horse and other donations has stood her in good position as director of development, most recently at Winslow Therapeutic Center.

She has appraised hundreds of horses and has been an expert witness for U.S. Bankruptcy Court, State Supreme Court, Divorce, Civil, Tax and other litigation cases.

Last, but not least, she has bought and sold hundreds of horses on behalf of the organizations she has represented. She has imported and exported abroad. And as an individual competitor, Christine has shown horses in a variety of disciplines and breeds.

As impressive as her background and range of experience is, it's really her love of horses and background as a horseman that gives her the skill to recognize the traits that make a horse more or less valuable, and to appreciate the nuances of different horse markets.
